Support Services

Support is available for trial users, subscribers, staffing firms and their clients. Support services are provided Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Support for Trial Users is mainly provided to help them get started during their first month of operation.

There is no extra charge for support.
